The Lady Tigers played Green City in the Class 1 District 10 1st round game. Brashear jumped out to a 6-1 lead after 2 innings, but Green City pulled within 6-5 midway through the 4th. Emily Mason gave the Tigers a little breathing room as she lauched a 2-run homer in the bottom of the 4th to make Brashear's lead 8-5. Brashear advanced to the District Semi-Finals by a final score of 9-6. Emily Mason had a single, double, and a home run, driving in 4 for Brashear. Averi Acton had a single and a double, and Atalie Hagan also had a hit. Averi Acton got the start and picked up the win, striking out 6.
